Jaclyn is a Registered Social Worker (Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers) and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Located in Essex County, she is here to support you in navigating life's challenges. 

Jaclyn's counseling services are covered by many benefit providers.

Individual counseling services will be tailored to your specific needs. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, disordered eating (over/under/chaotic eating), etc., Jaclyn is here to support you.  

Jaclyn understands that individuals outside of Windsor-Essex County may interested in working together. She also recognizes that life can be busy and it's not always easy to make it to in-person therapy sessions. Teletherapy services are secure, private, and convenient, allowing you to connect with Jaclyn from a location in Ontario that best suits you.

Group therapy can be a cost-effective and powerful way to connect with others who are going through similar challenges. Groups are offered intermittently and vary by topic. 

Jaclyn enjoys hosting periodic workshops and collaborating with other like-minded professionals. Offering both in-person and virtual options, Jaclyn aims to meet the needs of the community she serves.
